How it works

1. Place your order online. I will send the gift voucher to the email address provided (your email address or the recipients email address). It will be sent within 24 hours. You can print the voucher or email it to the recipient. Full instructions will be provided on the voucher.

2. My contact details are on the voucher. The recipient contacts me with their photos of the subject and if they have any requests or changes for the artwork such as removing collars or background colours. The voucher does not expire so there is no time limit.

3. I will create the artwork. It usually takes around two weeks however this can be longer during busy periods.

4. I will send a photo of the artwork to ensure they are completely happy and once it is approved, we can organise postage or collection.
